These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders for your scheduled residential cleaning, move in and move out service, or trash valet pickup, crew arrival updates, and follow up messages about completed work. Services

We provide residential cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, and trash valet services in Kansas City, MO, Mission, KS, Fairway, KS, and surrounding areas. The scope of each service is confirmed with you at the time of booking. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Booking and access

When you book a service, you agree to provide accurate contact and property information and to arrange safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply. Please secure pets and remove valuables or fragile items before your appointment.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is based on the service selected, the size and condition of the property, and the frequency of service. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if conditions on site differ significantly from what was described. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Cancellation and rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule a service due to weather, staffing, or safety concerns, and will contact you promptly if that happens.

Satisfaction and claims

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 24 hours of the appointment and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service so we can investigate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean & Fix Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
